Welcome to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for Her Influence LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, purchasing our products, or engaging with our website, you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to the terms outlined in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

 

Terms and Conditions Introduction

Her Influence LLC offers coaching services, mentorship programs, digital courses, and other educational resources. By purchasing or engaging with any of our services or products, you agree to comply with these terms.

 
Program and Product Purchases

Program Purchases:

Customers may enroll in programs such as the IG Money Mastery Program, How to Edit Viral Reels Tutorial, and other educational courses offered by Her Influence LLC.
These programs provide proprietary strategies for Instagram growth, monetization, and content creation.
 

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances due to the informational and digital nature of the products.

 
Shipping Terms

Shipping Responsibilities:

Customers must provide an accurate and deliverable shipping address during checkout for physical items included as part of a program or product purchase (e.g., free bonuses like tripods or lights). 

Her Influence LLC is not responsible for delays, lost items, or undeliverable addresses provided by the Customer.

Undeliverable Addresses:

If an item is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the Customer will be required to pay a reshipping fee to have the item shipped again.

One-Time Shipment Policy:

Free bonus items are shipped one time only to the address provided at checkout. If the item is successfully delivered to the address provided, replacement items will not be shipped unless purchased separately.

Shipping Timelines:

Shipping timelines may vary. Her Influence LLC will make reasonable efforts to process and ship items promptly but cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Customers must notify Her Influence LLC within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) must be provided for a resolution to be processed.

 
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Upon purchase, the Customer agrees to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) using their legal name before gaining access to any course materials.

The NDA protects Her Influence LLC’s intellectual property, including but not limited to proprietary strategies, templates, and educational content.
 
Access to the course will not be granted until the NDA is signed and submitted.

 

Non-Copying Protection
All content provided in our programs and products is proprietary and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

Competitors, other course creators, or individuals engaging in similar business activities are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, repurposing, or using any materials for their own benefit without express written consent from Her Influence LLC.
 
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate legal action.
 
Payment Terms 

Full Payment: Customers must pay in full upfront for any program or product.

Third-Party Payment Options: Payment plans or “Buy Now, Pay Later” options are available through third-party providers like Affirm, Afterpay, or Klarna, if offered.

No Refunds: By completing the purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the no-refund policy.

 
Chargebacks, Dispute Policy, and Threats of Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in the permanent revocation of access to all programs and services from Her Influence LLC, regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
 
If the Customer threatens to initiate a chargeback or dispute, access to the purchased program, product, or service will also be immediately revoked, even if no dispute is formally initiated.
 
Customers who initiate or threaten disputes will be permanently banned from all current and future Her Influence LLC programs, products, and services.
 
No access will be reinstated after a chargeback, dispute, or threat of dispute.
 
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions or in educational materials will remain confidential.
 
Her Influence LLC will not disclose personal information without the Customer’s consent unless required by law or if there is a risk of harm.
 
Customer Conduct
Customers must maintain professionalism and positive conduct in all interactions within and outside Her Influence LLC communities.
 
False, disparaging, or negative comments about Her Influence LLC, its programs, or its members may result in: 
  • Immediate termination of services without a refund.
  • Permanent exclusion from Her Influence LLC’s future programs and services.
 
Disclaimer of Results
Participation in any program or product is voluntary, and the Customer is solely responsible for the application of the information provided.
 
Her Influence LLC does not guarantee specific results or outcomes, such as Instagram growth or financial gains, from using its products or programs.
 
Limitation of Liability
Her Influence LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products.
 
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
 
Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

 
Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
